Registration opens for seminars at Drives and Controls Show 2010

ONLINE registration is now open for the free industry focused seminars which will run across the Drives and Controls Show from 8 to 10 June 2010 in Birmingham, UK.

The program includes a variety of half-hour presentations, ranging from technical seminars to talks on marketing strategies.

Among the speakers will be Steve Brambley, deputy director of Gambica, who will give guidance on choosing efficient motors and drives and will outline the new IEC motor efficiency classes and the EU’s Eco-design Directive.

Other speakers include, British Gear Association’s Andrew Harry who will discuss gearbox safety and the ATEX directive, head of financial services at the Carbon Trust Paul Huggins and UK services manager at Pilz Stuart Robinson.

The Drives and Controls Show will bring together key suppliers of drives and control equipment and cover issues including energy efficiency, machine safety, motion control and automation.
