TEA Transmissions announces new range servomotors planetary gearboxes

TEA Transmissions has announced a new range of planetary gearboxes, in-line gear reducers for direct mounting to servomotors.

TEA Transmissions says the planetary gearboxes come with two-screw clamping coupling securing the input shaft to the motor shaft. It can be mounted to any motor appropriate for the gearboxes’ torque ratings.

TEA Transmissions claims the planetary gearboxes can be com¬bined with a low-backlash, right-angled box to enable transmission of rotary motion and power between 90 degrees angle shafts with ratios up to 100:1.

According to TEA Transmissions, all of the gears encased in the planetary gearboxes have been case hardened to 58-62HRC and ground to DIN six to five standards.
