HEXAGON Metrology has acquired all the assets and technical intellectual property of Mahr Multisensor to increase their range of multisensor vision technology.
Mahr Multisensor was a manufacturer of measurement and inspection systems that are vision, laser, and multisensor touch probe based.
According to Hexagon Metrology, they will integrate all of Mahr Multisensor’s products with some of their own brands such as Brown & Sharpe, CE Johansson, CimCore and TESA.
Hexagon Metrology says they plan to reorganise the business but has agreed to continue employing certain technical service, development, and application engineering staff from Mahr Multisensor.
Hi-Tech Metrology is Australia’s supplier for Hexagon Meteorology’s range of Coordinate Measuring Machines.
