TURCK has developed the ability to mould its six and eight-pin connectors to create a complete shielding capability.
The M23 Powerfast connectors provide the protection by allowing braided shields to be connected directly to the coupling nuts.
The units operate at 600V and 30A and are commonly used to power motors and other heavy-duty applications.
The company says the device’s cordsets are jacketed by a PVC material and can be used with cable tray or exposed run applications. The connectors meet the IP-67 standards.
